Not all Wendy's are the same. Wendy's is great but not this store. Monday night around 8:00pm, not a busy time I waited over 15 minutes to order and get my food not once but twice. I'm fine with waiting but it wasn't even hot and fresh....like wth. Not to hate on the employees because I'm sure they work hard but when Ive waited that long you best be hustling when I get to the window. My last time at this Wendy's.

Tell you what. Wendy's truly gone downhill since Dave the founder passed. The quality of their products right down to their sodas is terrible. I can honestly say I will never eat at a Wendy's again. Seriously!

Was able to order on their new do-it-yourself interactive screens. Employees were friendly, but my main issue is with the food. What I actually was served was so far removed from what I ordered that I left hoping I was served the wrong thing. The food on the monitor looked so yummy!..the stuff served looked so....sad. I recommend adding a new extra to the ordering process: Want your burger to look like this? (the one in the monitor) add (additional charge). I may not want to pay for the super-size charge but will pay for look-like-advertised charge.

This restaurant is in a high traffic area and stays really busy. They've made real strides in improving the service time. I enjoy anything with bacon which means the Baconator was my intended meal. I had a chili instead of fries and a soft drink which completed the meal nicely. The server was friendly and helpful. I'll see them again when bacon is on my mind.

Baconator came with 2 quater pieces of bacon. And wasnt given ranch sauce for my stale spicy nuggets. Worst experience i ever had there.

Wendy's in Groveland is a disaster. Their auto-.ordering is a joke. It is so poorly arranged that they must keep a cashier by the machines for you to place a order. Then the food ordering is almost as bad. The order taker also has duties to put orders out the drivein window as well as in the store. Chaos when busy. The name processing of orders in store are another thing to see that does not seem to work correctly. Go to the drive up window. They haven't figured how to screw that up yet.

First day for breakfast. Had the chicken biscuit and was not impressed. Meat to thin so that batter on both sides was thicker than chicken meat, and it was dry. Biscuit wasn't specialat all, little flavor. Maybe they'll be betteronce theyhave been doing it awhile.

10:45pm Not a quick stop, be prepared to wait. Only 2 cars behind in drive thru, 30 minute wait, taking and seving only 2 orders at a time. No fruit punch, not the 1st time. Spicy nugget mixed my regular, hate spicy. Nuggets also hard and air dry. Seems to have a bit of an attitude when he taught I requested another sauce, you already have 2, asked for straw.

When we go to Wendy's we go to this one. It has been redone and is nice and usually fast. If eating in, you can order at kiosks if you want. And they have the "u pick anything" soda machines. Plenty of parking. Get the app for free stuff or offers if you don't mind giving them your email.

People working were chill. But for goodness sakes is that drive thru slow. Dude tried to hand me $5 in quarters as change. Didn't consult me or the cashier for inside. Just like dropped like a sock full of quarters in my hand like it was 1989 and I was headed to the arcade. Food was good but i was missing a nugget. For shame!!

Be careful coming from Kaley St to the drive thru as if there is a long line, people will make you wait 20+ minutes before letting you into the line with how close to one another they keep. If there is a line, I suggest people from Kaley St don't bother to wait and park for ordering inside. I have found that is the best course of action. With that said, the Wendy's itself is great.

Food was good but the Cashier didnt look that she was too happy working there. I been here before a few times when I go to ORMC hospital and its usually the same at this location with all employees including the manager if they are taking orders.

Generally a good visit. Today the soda machines definitely needed a cleaning. There was an old fermented soda smell and the floor was sticky around that area. It was mild to moderately busy during our visit. There was time that someone could have cleaned the floor as there were only self pay monitors and no cashier.

Have to have my small frosty fix once every few months. Wendy's was my first job 38 years ago. Clean dining room, friendly staff, bacon cheese burger was fresh & hot.

They have the 2 for $5 Spicy Chicken Sandwich on special at this time. The sandwiches are hot and fresh each time. The customer service here was excellent even though the line was wrapped around the building. The smiles didn't stop! Your team rocked it out! Thanks!
